Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize end-to-end HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
Partner with the VP of People & Culture to design and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization’s growth and transformation objectives.
Develop and implement governance frameworks and standardized HR policies adaptable to regional variations.
Drive HR transformation initiatives, including process redesign and HR technology implementation (HRIS, talent management systems).
Act as an escalation point for high-impact or sensitive people matters, providing practical solutions and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce capability needs and create scalable HR programs to address them.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA/Master’s from a reputed institution (XLRI, IIM, SIBM preferred).
15+ years’ HR leadership experience with significant exposure to international and multicultural environments.
Proven success leading HR in complex, fast-scaling, international environments with distributed teams and multicultural dynamics.
Expertise in HR transformation, governance, and technology-enabled process improvement.
Experience managing and mentoring senior HR leaders.
Middle East market experience preferred.
