General Manager - HR & Admin hyderabad 12 - 18 years INR 25.0 - 30.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Reporting To: President CEO Role Summary The GM - HR & Admin will architect and lead the complete HR and administrative framework for a rapidly scaling electronics manufacturing organization. This role demands deep experience in managing HR for factory environments with 3001000+ employees, covering blue-collar workforce management, labour law compliance, policy creation, talent acquisition, HRMS implementation, IR management, and daily HR operations. The individual must be a strong people leader capable of setting culture, building systems from scratch, aligning leadership stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence in HR and administration across Sri City (factory) and Hyderabad (corporate). Key Responsibilities Design and deploy the HR strategy aligned to manufacturing expansion plans Build HR policies for attendance, leave, payroll, travel, expense, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and admin functions Implement a complete HRMS ecosystem for attendance, approvals, employee records, shifts and payroll integration Lead talent acquisition for factory and corporate roles including production, SMT, QA, maintenance, engineering, SCM, IT and admin Develop fast hiring pipelines across ITIs, polytechnics, staffing partners and recruitment firms Manage onboarding, induction, probation management and exit processes Maintain strong employee relations, resolve grievances and build trust across shop-floor teams Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, CLRA, Factories Act, Shops Act) Manage government inspections, statutory filings and audit readiness Implement performance management systems (KRAs, KPIs, appraisal cycles) Build training programs for operators, supervisors and managers including technical, behavioral and safety training Lead organization culture development initiatives, communication forums, engagement activities and feedback channels Oversee canteen, security, transport, housekeeping and facility management Maintain discipline, workplace safety and workplace harmony Support workforce planning, budgeting, skill matrices and attrition control Build HR dashboards for management: attrition, manpower, hiring status, attendance, compliance and HR KPIs Drive leadership alignment during ramp-up, operational challenges or organizational restructuring. Requirements Strong HR leadership experience in manufacturing environments (electronics preferred) Deep knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, HRMS systems and IR practices Proven experience managing 300-1000 employees Strong recruitment ecosystem understanding for blue-collar and technical staff High capability in people management, conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment Process-driven with strong documentation, planning and analytical skills Excellent communication in English + regional languages (Telugu preferred).
