About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned HR Director to drive organizational transformation, lead change initiatives, and shape a forward-thinking people strategy that supports business growth and employee engagement across our India operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and align HR strategies with overall business objectives across diverse functional teams and locations.
• Drive workforce development and succession planning in collaboration with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to meet future organizational needs.
• Champion employee engagement, performance management, and learning programs
• Oversee compensation, HR budgets, and regulatory compliance
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace and lead DEI initiatives
• Collaborate with global and regional HR partners to support operational and cultural alignment
• Manage grievance handling, investigations, and continuous improvement of HR policies and practices

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within multinational corporations or global operating environments.
• Strong expertise in business partnering, talent strategy, performance management, and HR operations
• Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing HR teams
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and international HR practices
• Experience managing multi-site teams and collaborating with global stakeholders
