Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR cum Admin Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction industry. The candidate will handle recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and day-to-day office & site administration.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in HR & Admin roles (construction sector preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & employee management (office and site staff)
  • Payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance
  • Office administration, vendor coordination, and logistics support
  • Coordination between management and project sites

Education: Graduate in HR / Business Administration (MBA/PGDM HR preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
