Job Overview

We are a well-established and rapidly expanding construction company in Nagpur seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer to take complete ownership of on-site execution for our ongoing and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for site execution of residential and commercial construction projects
• Ensure all works are carried out strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks
• Lead, supervise, and control contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and labor teams
• Plan and manage materials, manpower, and machinery efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
• Enforce strict quality control for RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and allied civil works
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory norms, and company policies at site
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, vendors, and management
• Identify site challenges proactively and provide effective technical solutions
• Maintain accurate site documentation including DPRs, measurements, material records, and progress reports
• Report directly to senior management on execution status and site performance

Candidate Profile (Mandatory)

• Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 10 to 15 years of solid experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
• Strong command over RCC works, finishing stages, and site coordination
• Excellent ability to read, understand, and execute construction drawings
• Proven experience in handling large labor strength and multiple contractors
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented mindset with high accountability

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Male
• Experience: 10–15 years (Strictly required)
• Location: Nagpur or willing to relocate immediately

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹18,500 – ₹31,000
