Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Contract & Billing Executive for our construction projects in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for handling contractor billing, contract documentation, and coordination with site and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation, checking, and processing of RA bills and final bills as per BOQ and measurements
• Verification of contractor bills in coordination with site engineers and project teams
• Maintaining contracts, work orders, agreements, and billing records
• Tracking contract values, variations, and approvals
• Coordination with accounts department for timely payments
• Maintaining billing MIS, payment status, and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in contract & billing role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, measurements, and contract administration
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic billing/accounting tools
• Ability to read drawings and understand construction quantities
• Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in residential, commercial, or real estate construction projects
• Familiar with contractors, vendors, and construction practices in Nagpur
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (preferred but not mandatory )
