HR Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator, your role will involve various responsibilities such as: - Assisting with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. - Maintaining both hard and digital copies of employee records. - Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. - Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintaining agendas. - Coordinating training sessions and seminars. - Coordinating orientations and updating records of new staff. - Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity. - Staying updated with the latest HR trends and best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in Human Resources or relevant work experience. - Experience as an HR coordinator or in a relevant HR/administrative position. - Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). - Experience with HR databases and HRMS systems. - Knowledge of sourcing tools (resume databases and online communities). - Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person). - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Please note that this position is based in Chennai and is an onsite role with general shift timings from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. The required experience for this position ranges from fresher to 6 months in HR, and the joining timeline or notice period is immediate to 30 days.,
