Job Description

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also handle onboarding formalities and employee induction to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Additionally, you will be maintaining HR files, records, and HR MIS, as well as preparing HR letters and supporting daily HR operations. Your role will also involve assisting in employee engagement activities and supporting statutory compliance documentation such as PF and ESIC. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role - Knowledge of HR processes and procedures - Strong organizational and communication skills The company offers a salary in the range of 30K to 35K per month and the job is full-time and permanent. As an HR Coordinator, you will be based in Vasai East for in-person work. Please note that Provident Fund benefits are provided as part of the package.
