Senior Associate – M365 L2

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the

  implementation and configuration of Microsoft 365 solutions

  (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
• Handle

  L2-level support tickets

  , diagnose issues, and ensure timely resolution with minimal business impact.
• Plan and execute

  Microsoft 365 migrations

  (e.g., on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant), using tools like BitTitan, Quest, or native methods.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Maintain and optimize M365 environments, ensuring

  security, compliance, and performance standards

  are met.
• Use

  PowerShell scripting

  for administrative automation and troubleshooting.
• Prepare documentation for configurations, migration plans, and end-user training materials.
• Keep up with new features and updates in the M365 ecosystem and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum

  3 years of hands-on experience

  with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong knowledge of

  Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive

  , and related services.
• Proven experience in

  migration projects

  and M365 implementation.
• Familiarity with

  PowerShell scripting

  and automation in M365 administration.
• Solid understanding of

  Microsoft 365 security, compliance

  , and governance features.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g.,

  Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
