Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Timesheet Management:

  • Coordination with Resources:

    Serve as a single point of contact for all resource-related coordination. Communicate effectively with team members regarding timesheet deadlines, leaves, and project hours.
  • Billable Hours Calculation:

    Validate timesheet entries to calculate billable and non-billable hours. Prepare and share summaries with project and finance teams for billing and forecasting.
  • Report Maintenance:

    Generate and maintain periodic reports including but not limited to:
    • Monthly hours clocked by each resource
    • Utilization reports
    • Compliance status
  • Leave Tracking:

    Maintain accurate records of leaves taken by employees and ensure leave data is reflected correctly in reports and timesheets.
  • Resource Master Data Maintenance:

    Update and manage resource master data including allocation, project mapping, roles, availability, and contact details.
