Key Responsibilities:

Export & Import :

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport companies to arrange shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.

Payroll Processing:

• Coordinate withFinance team members for payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance team members for statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax.
• Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain employee salary records, timesheets, and leave records.
• Ensure timely distribution of payslips and handle employee queries related to payroll.

HR Operations:

• Support HR activities, including onboarding, employee record management, and HR documentation.
• Assist in performance management tracking, training coordination, and HR reporting.
• Maintain and update the HRMS system (Zoho People or equivalent).

Inventory Management :

• Manage and track office inventory/assets usingZoho Inventory or equivalent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration.
• Certification in Export and Import.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Export-Import and HR coordination, and payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.
• Proficiency in Zoho HR, Inventory, MS Excel, and HRMS platforms.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a tech/startup or mid-sized company.
• Certification in payroll management or Zoho suite (desirable).
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements in India.
