Microsoft SDSF Developer (ESG Solutions) Experience Required: 4-8 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft SDSF Developer to design and build ESG data solutions using Sustainability Data Fabric. The role involves developing custom data models, pipelines, and Power BI dashboards tailored for ESG reporting, with a focus on integrating MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager) and Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Solution Development: Design and develop ESG data models and sustainability workflows using Microsoft SDSF. Build ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Fabric for ESG data integration. Customization and Integration: Configure SDSF data connectors to import sustainability data from internal and external sources (IoT devices, APIs, etc.). Develop Power BI dashboards to visualize ESG performance, carbon accounting, and compliance metrics, incorporating insights from MSM. Optimization and Maintenance: Optimize SDSF pipelines for performance and data accuracy. Perform regular debugging, testing, and documentation of SDSF components. Collaboration: Work with data engineers and analysts to deliver ESG solutions. Support stakeholders in ESG data validation and report generation. Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL pipelines, and ESG data models. Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and sustainability metrics. Microsoft certifications preferred. Strong expertise in Microsoft SDSF, MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager), and Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability and its interaction with Azure Synapse, Fabric, Power BI Proficiency in Python, SQL, and DAX is a plus.
