SAP Asset Manager

Position Title: SAP Asset/Work Manager SME

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Responsibilities:

To deliver new enhancements, system fixes related toSAP Service and Asset Manager, SAP Work Manager & Inventory Manager.

Installation and configuration of SMP 3.1 Eclipse, Test environment and Agentry clients (Windows Mobile Devices/Desktops, iPhone and iPads).

Development of SAP agentry applications from scratch with Object, Properties and Data retrieval using Steps and Configuring Fetch.

Development objects for Business Logic Layer and Transactions Using Transactions to Transfer data to and from an application.

Syclo configurations for Creating Fetch SAP Objects (RFCs / BAPIs) and Data Table and Complex Table for application-level Data.

Configuring SAP Agentry Client User Interface and Publishing the Mobile app on SMP and on BTP Cloud.

Responsible for release management in SAP EAM related to developments/enhancements in mobility applications.

Work with business stakeholders, architects, implementation partners and AMS providers to enable business outcomes and ensure optimal functionality of application.

Provide support for ongoing operations and identify opportunities to improve processes.

Responsible for change management communication, accountable for user acceptance tests and documentation prior to going live, and post go-live production support handover.

Additional Skills

Good to have knowledge on SAP landscape, excellent communication skills and have working /interactive experience with teams across geographies.

Nice to have experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules and SMP.

Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Agentry (Syclo) development.

Hands-on expertise in SAP MDK (Mobile Development Kit), SMP (SAP Mobile Platform), BTP (Business Technology Platform), Agentry Open UI and SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services.

Must possess strong JAVA skillset.

Hands-on experience in Agentry Test environment and ABAP debugging.

Good analytical and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and with written communications.

Ability to listen, hear, and translate complex business requirements in simple easy to understand language.

Capable of managing multiple projects with adhering to the delivery timelines.
