We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Consultant to support our hiring and onboarding processes. The consultant will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates based on provided requirements, coordinating their engagement, and facilitating their smooth onboarding into the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis
Understand and interpret staffing requirements provided by the company.
Discuss with relevant stakeholders to clarify roles, skills, and experience levels needed.
2. Candidate Identification
Source and shortlist candidates whose profiles align closely with the specified requirements.
Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, etc.) for talent mapping.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for recurring roles.
3. Candidate Coordination
Reach out to shortlisted candidates and assess their interest and availability.
Coordinate interviews, collect necessary documents, and keep all stakeholders informed.
Act as the liaison between the candidate and the company throughout the hiring process.
4. Onboarding Support
Guide selected candidates through pre-joining formalities.
Ensure all documentation, verification, and compliance tasks are completed before joining.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and induction.

Pay: ₹122,640.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
