Job Opening: HR Consultant (Full-Time)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a full-time HR Consultant with strong hands-on experience in HR operations and employee management. The role requires someone who can independently handle end-to-end HR activities, manage stakeholders effectively, and contribute proactively to improving people processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee life cycle management
• (onboarding, confirmation, engagement, performance support, exit)
• Manage employee relations and grievance handling, ensuring timely and fair resolution

• Support and advise on labour law compliance and statutory HR practices
• Drive and support performance management processes (KRA/KPI tracking, reviews, feedback cycles)
• Work closely with internal teams and clients for stakeholder management
• Manage and maintain HR data using HRMS platforms; ensure accuracy and consistency
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and data representation for management review
• Identify HR gaps, suggest process improvements, and support implementation
• Handle HR problem-solving scenarios with a practical and solution-oriented approachDesired Profile:

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in consulting, startup, or SME environments
• Strong working knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and HR data reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Smart, presentable, and professionally confident
• Contribution-driven mindset with ownership and accountability

Additional Preferences:

• Immediate or short notice period preferred
