Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Manager – HR Compliance & Payroll to lead end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with statutory laws, and manage the organization’s payroll processes. The role will be pivotal in aligning HR policies with regulatory standards and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Lead and supervise end-to-end HR operations Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, and exit formalities Coordinate performance management processes Maintain employee records and HRIS database Ensure timely documentation, issuance of letters, and policy communication Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.) Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements Ensure timely filing of statutory returns Keep up-to-date with changing labor and compliance regulations Support internal and external HR/compliance audits Maintain RBI compliance documentation relevant to NBFC-MFI operations Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing Manage payroll inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements Coordinate with finance and audit teams Handle income tax and other payroll-related statutory deductions Required Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR, payroll, and compliance (preferably in BFSI/NBFC/MFI sector) Deep understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances Hands-on experience with payroll systems and audits Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills How to Apply: Please share your CV at harish.aswal@svcl.in with the subject line: Application for HR Compliance Payroll Sr. Manager – [Your Name]
