Position: HR Compliance & Operations

Location: Noida Sec 63

6 days working with Sunday week off

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance and Operations professional to manage statutory HR and labour law compliances across PAN India operations. The role involves close coordination with vendors, government authorities, payroll teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure full legal and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle Statutory HR and Labour Law Compliance across PAN India locations.

2. Manage and coordinate with compliance vendors to ensure timely and accurate statutory filings.

3. Ensure compliance under Contract Labour Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable labour laws.

4. Ability to manage and support labour courtrelated matters, including case documentation, coordination with advocates, tracking hearing dates, and ensuring timely compliance with court directives.

5. Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal requirements.

6. Liaise with labour authorities and regulatory bodies for registrations, licenses, renewals, and inspections.

7. Stay updated with latest amendments in labour laws and ensure their effective implementation.

8. Manage employee-related compliances including:

9. PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Maternity Act and Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF). Must have filled online employee details, challans, deal with inspectors(PF, ESIC, etc)

10. Monthly, half-yearly, and annual statutory returns

11. Handle government inspections, respond to notices, and negotiate with authorities when required.

12. Conduct internal HR compliance audits and ensure all statutory filings are completed within timelines.

13. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies in line with legal and industry best practices.

14. Address and resolve employee grievances related to compliance, workplace policies, and ethics.

15. Work closely with HR, payroll, and legal teams to ensure smooth regulatory adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Law, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR compliance, labour law advisory, or payroll compliance.

3. Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws, including PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, and tax regulations.

4. Hands-on experience with government filings (EPF, ESI, PT, LWF).

5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.

6. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage compliance under tight deadlines.
