Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Compliance Manager - Factory Operations located in Gurugram. The HR Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company's HR policies and practices comply with regulatory requirements, labor laws, and employment laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing, implementing, and monitoring HR compliance programs, conducting regular audits, handling labor disputes, and providing guidance on the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other employment laws. The HR Compliance Manager will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and positive work environment in the factory.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills
• Regulatory Compliance and Labor and Employment Law skills
• Knowledge of the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing or factory operations is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
