Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with experience in BPO hiring. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for voice, non-voice, and chat support positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles.
Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
Coordinate interviews and feedback with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in onboarding and documentation activities.
Requirements:
1–1.5 years of experience in BPO hiring.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiar with sourcing tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: As per market standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,385.41 - ₹30,000.00 per month
