Responsibilities: Partner with healthcare leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Develop and implement talent management and workforce planning strategies. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and organizational policies. Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to drive decision-making and improve HR practices. Design and facilitate training and development programs tailored to healthcare staff needs. Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement efforts. Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and enhance workplace culture. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7 years of HR experience in the healthcare industry, including a strong understanding of healthcare operations. Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and organizational development issues. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Experience with HR analytics and strategic planning.
