Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplace plus company-owned websites. Oversee and manage product onboarding and catalog management on Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Dunzo, BigBasket, and other relevant channels. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and market trends. Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other sales events in alignment with the marketing calendar. Handle order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, returns and refund processes. Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints to enhance user experience. Track and report key e-commerce metrics to improve sales and customer engagement. Identify new business opportunities in the online retail space. Skills & Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar. Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising strategies. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of order fulfillment, supply chain, and vendor management. Preference will give to candidates with a B.E background, as it will be a value- added advantage. Salary: As per industry standard
