As a HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by partnering with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with our company goals and values. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR related matters Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent Act as a change agent, driving organizational change and promoting a culture of continuous improvement Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and career development Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support a positive and inclusive work environment Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the organization Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred If you are a dynamic and results-driven HR professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this role at IDFC FIRST Bank.
