Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated HR Business Partner Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure in HR strategy, employee engagement, recruitment, and business partnering functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist HRBP team in driving end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Support employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.

Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements.

Help in preparing HR reports, maintaining data, and tracking performance metrics.

Participate in policy development, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Coordinate with different teams for learning, training, and performance initiatives.

Provide support in handling employee queries and ensuring smooth communication between HR and business units.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of HR concepts and eagerness to learn business HR practices.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work from office (Noida location).
