HR Business Partner

As an HRBP for the High Voltage Business at Hitachi Energy in Savli, Gujarat, India, you will be responsible for providing specialized HR consulting to the business. Your main responsibilities will include: - Implementing HR priorities in alignment with the HUB HR Function and people strategy - Partnering with managers and employees to address HR issues through effective solutions - Overseeing the implementation of HR processes at the location while ensuring compliance with Group policy - Supporting performance management activities including poor performance improvement, training needs identification, and termination - Working closely with Talent Partners to ensure a healthy talent pipeline and executing talent processes with Business Leaders - Collaborating with business leaders to identify learning requirements and commissioning customized learning programs - Ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes Your qualifications should include: - Possessing in-depth HR knowledge and challenging traditional solutions with new ideas - Holding a Masters in Labour Law/ HRM/ HRD from a reputed university - Having 12 to 15 years of work experience in the Manufacturing industry - Demonstrating proficiency in both spoken and written English language Hitachi Energy is a leader in high-voltage technology, committed to sustainability and advancing a sustainable energy future for all.
