HR Business Partner (Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months)

Job Description:

As an HR Business Partner, support the functions in Kitchen & Bath - Commercial business, and execute end to end delivery of services, solutions & interventions of all HR processes, for these functions.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver required interventions from concept to closure for associates after assessing the pulse and the right solutions on resolution
  • Design and drive interventions in collaboration with the leaders and managers for associates
  • Enable people managers to better engage their team members through one-to-one connects and other methods
  • Partner with CoEs on rewards, talent management & capability development to roll out initiatives; communicate, create impact & tracks effectiveness
  • Proactively support people managers with HR processes (Performance Management) for their teams
  • Build strong connect with associates by being highly accessible & visible to associates
  • Maintain awareness of employee satisfaction to improve moral, communication to the stakeholders and ensure engagement through leaders and support functions.
