Hiring HR Business Partner
Location: Chennai
Industry: Logistics
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transportation industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, occupational health & safety, and workforce compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 logistics operation.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
