The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing top technical talent and building strong relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesIT RecruitmentHandle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, onboarding).Understand technical job requirements for roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, testers, cloud specialists, etc.Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.Conduct preliminary technical and HR screening.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth joining & onboarding.Build a strong active and passive talent pipeline.Business Development (BD)Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT recruitment and staffing services.Generate leads and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.Pitch recruitment/staffing solutions to potential clients.Build and maintain long-term client relationships.Understand client needs and translate them into actionable hiring requirements.Prepare proposals, agreements, and service documentation.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and acquisition targets.Attend networking events, job fairs, client meetings, or virtual sessions for lead generation.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or MBA in HR, Business, or related field.1–5 years’ experience in IT recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or BD.Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Key CompetenciesTechnical recruitment expertiseClient relationship managementLead generation and sales skillsNegotiation & closing abilityMarket research & business insightProfessional communication skillsTeam collaborationJob TypeFull-time | RemoteCompensationCompetitive salary + performance incentives
