Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries. Support initiatives for employee engagement and internal communication. Performance Management: Coordinate the appraisal process and maintain performance records. Create and facilitate feedback mechanism, and performance improvement programs. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Ensure timely preparation and processing of HR documents (letters, contracts, etc.). Payroll & Benefits: Liaise with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Assist in benefits administration and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.). Training & Development: Support execution of learning and development programs. Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and internal policies. Generate regular HR reports and analytics for management. Strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and HRMS tools. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
