HR Assistant/Administrator

As an HR Assistant, your role will involve assisting in various recruitment activities such as posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining employee records, including attendance, personal files, and contracts. Additionally, you will support the onboarding and offboarding process of employees, coordinate with departments for joining formalities and training schedules, and handle leave management and attendance tracking. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews. - Prepare and maintain employee records (attendance, personal files, contracts, etc.). - Support the onboarding and offboarding process of employees. - Coordinate with departments for joining formalities and training schedules. - Handle leave management and attendance tracking. - Draft HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and warning letters. - Maintain confidentiality of employee information. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. - Respond to employee queries and provide general administrative support to the HR Manager. - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in HR or related field is preferred. - Knowledge of HR processes and procedures. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
