Broad objective of the role
Source and shortlist candidates as per defined hiring criteria. Coordinate across and optimize various sourcing channels to enable timely and cost-effective availability of candidates for Talent Acquisition (TA). Monitor and coordinate with the Regional Talent Acquisition teams in order to streamline offer closures in line with corporate TA processes and policies.
Offer Fitment & Negotiations
Review the documents received from RHMs/ TL - HRBP against the pre-defined checklist and ensure that necessary approvals are in place (where necessary).
Validate if the position for which the offer kit has been received is as per the approved manpower budget.
Prepare fitment details and proposed offers and get them approved by the Team Lead Talent Acquisition/ Lead - Core HR.
Discuss and negotiate the offers with candidates and receive their verbal acceptance.
Coordinate with the HR Operations team for salary breakup details based on the accepted offer.
Create and email the formal offers to candidates. Follow up for written acceptance and prepare the formal offer recommendation for MIS purposes after sending it for TA checks.
Assess and consider all kinds of risk to review and make informed decisions around new initiatives or responses to situations.
MIS and Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Regional HR Manager/ TL - HRBP for souring requirements, sharing CVs, collecting feedback etc.
Regularly update and maintain the recruitment tracker for ready reference and analysis.
Post offer release, maintain connect with candidates to coordinate for date of joining (DoJ), documentation etc.
Inform respective internal stakeholders on the candidate's DoJ/ changes to DoJ
Update trackers and create reports on hiring progress for Pan India. Send regular updates to leaders and key stakeholders.
Collate and prepare data received from recruitment kit trackers shared by regional TA teams.
Update and share the daily recruitment kit tracker with RHMs.
Update & maintain multiple trackers related to TA including Sourcing tracker, Central Online Test-setup Database, Central MIS tracker, Recruitment Kit tracker, FLS Offer Release tracker, RPO tracker, IJP tracker, Employee referral tracker etc.
TA Checks (Pan India)
Perform various checks and validations for all offers released PAN India, for Manager grade and below. Checks include ensuring that all documents are as per the checklist, CTC is as per the approved grid, grade assigned is as per designation/ role, sign-offs have been received from all interviewers etc.
Validate if the position for which the offer kit has been received is as per the approved manpower budget
Review offer kits assigned to all regional TA teams and highlight any discrepancies found, before final offer release
