This role requires you to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing disputes, litigation, and coordinating with external legal counsel as needed. It will be your duty to monitor regulatory changes and ensure that company policies are updated accordingly. Developing and implementing legal risk management strategies to protect the organization's interests will also fall under your purview.
