Job Description

You will be working as an HR Assistant at Hairs Culture, a leading hair fixing and cosmetics company known for its high-quality hair replacement and aesthetic solutions. Your role will involve leading relationships with placement officers, conducting visits to allied institutions, talent acquisition, attendance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations across all branches. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end hiring for technicians, telecallers, managers, and support staff. - Prepare job descriptions, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes. - Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR database. - Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies. - Maintain a healthy work environment, address employee grievances, and conduct engagement programs. - Implement KPI-based performance evaluation processes and coordinate appraisals. - Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and regulations. - Collaborate with the accounts team for salary processing and manage loans, advances, and reimbursements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in HR operations (experience in retail/healthcare/hair & beauty industry is a plus). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of HR laws, recruitment platforms, and HRMS systems. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to coordinate across multiple branches.
