Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Support in screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic rounds
  • Assist in the onboarding of the candidates
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet hiring timelines
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students looking for hands-on HR experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus (not mandatory).
