HR and Payroll Executive

Job Title: HR and Payroll Executive (School Experience Preferred) School Name: Schiller Institute Senior Secondary School Location: R-6, Rajnagar, Ghaziabad Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Job Summary: Schiller Institute Senior Secondary School is seeking a dedicated and process-oriented HR and Payroll Executive with relevant experience in a school setting . The ideal candidate should be proficient in end-to-end HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance , and ISO documentation . Key Responsibilities: HR Operations: Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee records. Maintain service files and HR documentation in line with school norms. Monitor staff attendance and leave through ERP/biometric systems. Draft and implement HR policies aligned with ISO and school processes. Coordinate exit processes and maintain proper handover documentation. Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Prepare and process monthly payroll. Calculate and file EPF, ESI, and TDS accurately and on time. Manage UAN generation, PF registration, returns, and withdrawals. Keep employee compliance records up to date. ISO Documentation & Audit Support: Create and maintain HR SOPs and registers in line with ISO standards. Prepare documentation for internal/external audits. Ensure all HR records are compliant and audit-ready. Administrative Coordination: Coordinate with the Accounts department for payroll reconciliations. Assist in budgeting and maintaining HR expense records. Support school events, staff activities, and internal communication. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration. 3–5 years of HR/payroll experience in a school or educational setup. Strong knowledge of EPF, ESI, TDS , and labor laws. Experience with payroll systems, Tally, and Excel. Familiarity with ISO documentation is a strong plus.
