Key Responsibilities:

• Excel & Automation:

  Build automated reports, dashboards.

• Business Costing:

  Prepare & analyze cost sheets, budgets, and expense tracking.

• PMS:

  Manage end-to-end appraisal cycles (goal setting to final review).

• Reporting:

  Deliver accurate HR MIS and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• 1–5 years’ experience in Excel automation, Payroll, and PMS.
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
