Internship Opportunity – Human Resources (HR) (On-site | Indore)

We’re hiring HR Interns for a 3-month on-site internship in Indore.
Location: Indore (on-site only)Duration: 6 MonthsStipend: Up to ₹3,000/month (as per your capability)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and open to learning new HR tools
• Keen interest in building a career in Human Resources

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance files
• Track attendance and generate HR reports
• Support adherence to HR policies and company regulations
