Job Title: Admin & HR RecruiterResponsibilities:HR Recruitment: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions. Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage recruitment process end-to-end. Maintain candidate databases and HR records. Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees. Admin Responsibilities: Manage office operations, supplies, and facilities. Handle employee documentation, attendance, and leave records. Assist in payroll preparation and HR reporting. Support management in daily administrative tasks and coordination. Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (HR/Management preferred). 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment and administration. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and MS Office. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
