Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment process – posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee contracts.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure up-to-date HR documentation.
  • Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave, and other employee data.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Monitor employee performance review schedules and coordinate appraisals.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with legal requirements.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of office premises.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Support in organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and company standards.

Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of general administrative procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good communication skills. Fluent in English
