1.Data Management & Reporting
Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from HRIS, ATS, payroll, and performance systems.
Develop and automate dashboards, scorecards, and regular HR reports (headcount, attrition, diversity, etc.).
2.Analytics & Insights
Perform trend analysis and predictive modeling for workforce planning, turnover, and engagement.
Provide insights on recruitment effectiveness, employee lifecycle, compensation, and productivity metrics.
3.Strategic HR Support
Partner with HR Business Partners to identify key metrics that impact hiring, retention, and employee satisfaction.
Recommend evidence-based HR strategies and process improvements based on data findings.
4.Compliance & Data Integrity
Ensure HR data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with legal and organizational policies.
