HR Analyst-MALE

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Management:
• Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of performance management frameworks.
• Analyze performance appraisal data and provide insights for employee development and organizational effectiveness.
• Work closely with managers to ensure performance reviews are conducted effectively and on schedule.
• HR Metrics & Analytics:
• Collect, track, and analyze HR data (attrition, engagement, training effectiveness, productivity, etc.).
• Develop dashboards and reports to support HR leadership in data-driven decision-making.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve HR policies and practices.
• Talent Development Initiatives:
• Support the design and implementation of training, career development, and succession planning programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning & development initiatives through measurable outcomes.
• Assist in talent assessments and identify skill gaps to support workforce planning.
• General HR Support:
• Ensure HR processes are compliant with internal policies and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• ORGANISATION CHAT: 2 years (Required)

• DATABASE/MIS/ADVANCE EXCEL: 2 years (Required)
