For an Insulation Execution role at Lloyd Insulations (India) Limited in Chennai office, with 12 to 16 years of experience in executing insulation projects in Southern India Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Leading large-scale insulation projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Site Management: Overseeing multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Team Management: Managing and mentoring a team of insulation professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing regular updates on project progress. Technical Expertise: Utilizing extensive knowledge of insulation materials and techniques to solve complex project challenges. Requirements: Educational Background: Degree in engineering Experience: 12 to 16 years of experience in insulation or construction projects, particularly in Southern India. Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of insulation materials, techniques, and industry standards. Additional Attributes: Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve project-related issues efficiently. Adaptability: Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements.
