The HR Service Excellence Specialist, reporting to the HR Service Center Supervisor, plays a pivotal role in meticulously tracking and analyzing service level agreements (SLAs), metrics, and success outcomes to ensure top-notch HR service delivery standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring SLAs, analyzing HR service performance workflows, conducting user profile audits, managing system configurations for continuous improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service quality. The Specialist also supports the implementation of new HR service delivery processes and serves as a liaison between HR and IT departments. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or related fields. Proficiency in HCM and service management platforms is essential, along with a solid understanding of HR operations and shared services. Attention to detail, experience in conducting audits, familiarity with change management principles, and a commitment to accuracy in tracking and reporting on service metrics are crucial for success in this position.,
