HR Administrator

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and final onboarding. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and monitoring Key Result Areas (KRAs), performance metrics, and appraisal processes. Additionally, you will plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs. As the first point of contact for HR and administrative queries, you will address employee and management needs promptly. Keeping track of attendance, leave records, and HR dashboards to efficiently manage employee data will be part of your responsibilities. You will also coordinate intern hiring and training, support event execution, and handle operational needs. Ensuring the smooth functioning of daily admin tasks, such as office coordination, vendor communication, and logistical support, is crucial. You will assist management with reporting, process improvements, and policy implementation. Preferred skills for this role include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, being organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. A team-oriented approach with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively is essential. Handling confidential information with integrity is a key competency required for this position.
