Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Digitization and Simplification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital HR landscape of the organization to improve employee experience and drive organizational success. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement a comprehensive HR digitization and simplification strategy aligned with organizational objectives. - Identify opportunities to utilize technology for process optimization, automation, and enhanced data analytics. - Perform thorough assessments of current HR systems, tools, and platforms. - Lead the integration and optimization of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other relevant software solutions. - Ensure smooth data flow between systems to support unified HR operations. - Analyze existing HR processes to identify areas for simplification and standardization. - Develop and implement standardized workflows to ensure consistency across the organization. - Continuously monitor and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency. - Act as a change agent to instill a digital mindset within the HR team and organization. - Create and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of HR staff on new tools, systems, and processes. - Ensure HR digitization efforts comply with relevant data protection laws and regulations. - Implement security measures to protect sensitive HR information. - Collaborate with HR leadership to effectively communicate the benefits and progress of digitization initiatives to stakeholders. - Foster a culture of transparency and open communication regarding HR digitization efforts. Qualification Required: - Degree, preferably in HR, Business, engineering, or other analytical and/or technology-related fields, with high academic achievement required; advanced degree preferred. - Proficiency in HR technology platforms, such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, ServiceNow. - Advanced knowledge of Automation tools like Power Automate, Python, R, and other Programming Languages or tools necessary to implement Digitization/Automation and Simplification. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to anticipate, identify, and solve critical issues. - Demonstrates keen attention to detail and rigorous data management practices. - Knowledge of working with large, complex data sets. - Experience with ETL tools like Access Excel templates & Tableau Prep, Database management with MS Access, Reporting & Analytics with Tableau will be a plus. - Experience in management and business development of existing and new solutions. - Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
