The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to human resources, executive administrative assistance, and general administrative support. Communication and customer service are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Payroll: Managing employee payroll and related financial processes. Human Resources (HR) and Administrative Assistance skills Executive Administrative Assistance experience Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Employee Welfare: Ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of employees. ESIC and PF: Managing Employee State Insurance Corporation and Provident Fund matters. Compliance Activities: Participating in and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
