Job Title: HR & Administration Executive

Location: Kovalam, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time, on Contract

Job Description:

*Manage recruitment, onboarding formalities, HR record maintenance and implement the policies and procedures of the organization

*Conduct regular rounds to check infrastructure related maintenance, hygiene and sanitation, asset management and safety protocol implementation in the site.

*Monitor and analyze kitchen related procurement activities, food preparation and quality, vendor management, registers and record maintenance and food wastage for efficient operations.

*Monitor and supervise periodic administration activities - rentals, office vehicles usage, fuel card usage, vehicle related documentation and processes, waste management, equipment AMC renewals, safety precautionary measures.

*In charge of handling emergency situations and reporting to Management (if applicable)

Eligibility Criteria:

*Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

*Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant work experience.

*Good interpersonal and communication skills.
