Job description

Qualification : MBA (HR)

Experience : Minimum 3+ years with manufacturing industry

Job Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition : Handling recruitment at all levels, Recruitment of new /replacement of any position as per assign by management.
• Preparing of monthly payroll for all group of companies an ensure payroll statutory compliance
• Responsible for joining & reliving formalities and other HR related documentation on time to time.
• Plant and Office Administration
• Planning and implementing Training & Development activities for employees
• Maintain proper record keeping of HR documentation & maintain required register as per Government norms
• Timely provide provision of long term /short term employee related benefits. i.e. Bonus, leave encashment etc
• Ensure Group medical insurance of all employee and related co-ordination for claim settlement.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of assigned tasks to team leader/CXO to fulfil his/her objective.
• Reporting in proper format and in time to team leader/CXO in daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly/yearly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
