HR & Administration Executive

As an HR & Administration Executive at our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes. - Ensure day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly. - Support the implementation of HR policies and drive employee engagement initiatives. - Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws. - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently. Preferred Education: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. - Additional HR certifications (HRA, SHRM, or similar) are a plus.
