Job Description

Location: Noida

Experience: 3–5 years

Job Responsibilities:

HR

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including attendance, leave, incentives, deduction.
  • Coordinate with various departments for attendance data, approvals, and employee records
  • Maintain employee records, payroll reports, and MIS

Administrative

  • Follow up with team members and department heads to ensure timely completion of assigned task.
  • Assist management with periodic reports and coordination tasks

Key Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Good communication (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in Excel / HRMS / Payroll software
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Preferably based in or near Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
