HR & Administration Executive

•   Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination tasks
• Maintain accurate records and databases (personnel, financial, operational data)
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel plans
• Handle internal and external communications, prepare reports, and manage filing systems (digital and physical)
• Oversee office supply procurement, vendor management, and inventory control
• Assist in HR activities like onboarding, documentation, and attendance management through HRMS software
• Regularly update and manage employee information, leaves, payroll inputs, and other HR-related tasks via HRMS platforms
• Create basic presentations, flyers, notices, and communication material using graphic design tools (eg, Canva, Adobe Spark, basic Photoshop)
• Coordinate with different departments to support smooth functioning
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with legal regulations
• Support basic accounting, billing, and invoicing activities when needed
• Provide first-level IT support such as setting up workstations, troubleshooting minor hardware/software issues, and coordinating with the IT service provider

Key Skills Required : Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic IT skills: familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems, using office equipment (printers, scanners), email configuration, basic troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Basic graphic designing skills using Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail
